Time Warp And Vote With Pete Buttigieg

Enjoy Tenacious D’s remake of Time Warp including guest starring Pete Buttigieg, Susan Sarandon, John Waters, Jamie Lee Curtis, Elizabeth Warren, George Takei and more. It is a Halloween treat and reminder to vote all in one fun package.

This Rocky Horror favorite is as spicy and fun as the original. I think Frank N. Furter would approve. Tenacious D AKA comedians Jack Black and Kyle Gass do an awesome job of enacting the spirit of the song while pushing the message to vote. Adding in Pete Buttigieg and Elizabeth Warren brings a powerful message about the current election without shoving it down your throat. Both politicians were presidential hopefuls and current political power players.

Get out and Rock The Vote! Now lets have some fun and take a step to the left…

Tenacious D is an American comedy rock duo, formed in Los Angeles, California, in 1994. It was founded by actors Jack Black and Kyle Gass, who were members of The Actors’ Gang theater company at the time. The duo’s name is derived from “tenacious defense”, a phrase used by NBA basketball sportscaster Marv Albert.” from Wikipedia.

“The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a 1975 musical comedy horror film by 20th Century Fox, produced by Lou Adler and Michael White and directed by Jim Sharman. The screenplay was written by Sharman and actor Richard O’Brien, who is also a member of the cast. The film is based on the 1973 musical stage production The Rocky Horror Show, with music, book, and lyrics by O’Brien. The production is a parody tribute to the science fiction and horror B movies of the 1930s through to the early 1960s. Along with O’Brien, the film stars Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon, and Barry Bostwick and is narrated by Charles Gray with cast members from the original Royal Court Theatre, Roxy Theatre, and Belasco Theatre productions including Nell Campbell and Patricia Quinn.” from Wikipedia.
