Judy Gold Laughing Her Way To Mercer Island Saturday

Judy Gold is a gay Jewish comedy treasure that you don’t want to miss. She has worked with Rosie O’Donnell, Amy Schumer, Woody Allen and many more amazing talents. She won an Emmy and now she is taking her side-splitting show to Mercer Island this weekend.

Judy took some time out of her schedule to talk to Equality365 and promote her one night only appearance at the Stroum Jewish Community Center’s Cultural Arts Stage. She proves her comedy genius once again by even making her impending dental visit funny. She talks about her show and recent work with Woody Allen. She is an inspiration and powerhouse of talent. Gold brings her no-holds-barred “her”-larity to the SJCC’s 358-seat Cultural Arts stage on Mercer Island, which re-opened in 2014 with a beautiful theater, luxurious seating, and Dolby Digital sound following an extensive renovation. Doors open at 7:00 PM with an optional no-host happy hour, with show at 8:00 PM, a full set of the two-time Emmy winner’s irreverent riffs. Judy Gold’s appearance is part of the Stroum Jewish Community Center’s 2016/17 Cultural Arts season, featuring comedy, film, global music, spoken word, theater, and culinary arts/chefs. Gold  kicks off SJCC’s “Jest Fest” Jewish comedy series. Later this year, Last Comic Standing alumnus and frequent CONAN guest Gary Gulman will bring the laughs for a one-night-only engagement on Thursday, December 1; and veteran Mark Schiff, who often  tours with Jerry Seinfeld,  takes the mic on February 19, 2017.
