“Hands” is released as a musical tribute by GLAAD, Interscope Records and all of the amazing contributing musicians to benefit victims and families of the Orlando Massacre at Pulse Nightclub that devastated our community on June 12, 2016. Proceeds from this single will benefit the Equality Florida Pulse Victims Fund, the GLBT Community Center of Central Florida, and GLAAD.
“Hands” is available now for digital download via iTunes HERE.
This beautiful and thought provoking piece will stand the test of time and further strengthen our community and allies against the hatred we face in daily life. Politics, religion and personal ignorance need to release their hold on us. We lost 49 brothers and sisters on that night. Let’s stand by each other and hold “Hands” up as a testament to their memory.

GLAAD is on the ground in Orlando, working to support the work of local LGBT advocates and organizations, including Equality Florida. GLAAD has also been working with local, national, and international media outlets on the ground in Orlando to shine light on the disproportionate rates of violence LGBT people face, especially LGBT people of color.
I love how our community comes together after a tragedy. Love the song and message.
