Chris Pratt was honored with a star on the legendary Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday. He gushed over his family, wife Anna Farris and son Jack Pratt. He also joined the cast of his newest film, “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” from Marvel Studios, for a few photos to celebrate the occasion.

Chris Pratt is star of screens big and small. He has starred in big screen films such as; “Guardians of the Galaxy,” “Jurassic Park,” “Passengers,” “The Magnificent 7”, and “The Lego Movie.” He has lit up the smaller screens with “Parks and Recreation” and “Everwood.”
Pratt may have flubbed a bit in a recent interview with “Men’s Fitness” telling the magazine, “I don’t see personal stories that necessarily resonate with me, because they’re not my stories … The voice of the average, blue-collar American isn’t necessarily represented in Hollywood.” Good thing he actually thought further on the over-abundance of white, heterosexual roles in Hollywood. “That was actually a pretty stupid thing to say. I’ll own that. There’s a ton of movies about blue collar America,” Pratt tweeted. You have to like a guy that realizes he misspoke and calls himself out on it.
“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” starring Chris Pratt as Peter Quill / Star-Lord; Zoe Saldana as Gamora; Vin Diesel as Baby Groot; Karen Gillan as Nebula; Bradley Cooper as Rocket; Dave Bautista as Drax; Michael Rooker as Yondu; Glenn Close as Nova Prime; Pom Klementieff as Mantis; Elizabeth Debicki as Ayesha; and Kurt Russell as Ego (Peter Quill’s father) hits theaters on May 5, 2017 as previously reported by Equality365.com. A little local color and insight: Chris Pratt is actually from Lake Stevens, WA. He was a high school wrestler. Pratt recalls his high school wrestling coach asking about his future: “I was like, ‘I don’t know, but I know I’ll be famous and I know I’ll make a s- ton of money.’ I had no idea how. I’d done nothing proactive.” He later moved to Maui to live in a van and ended up working at Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. He has come a long way since then…
